Roulettly (the "service") is a video and text chat service that pairs people at random. By using Roulettly, you agree to these terms.
1. Age requirement
The service is strictly reserved for people aged 18 and over. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18. Any account linked to a minor is deleted.
2. Account
You can use Roulettly without an account. If you create a profile, you are responsible for the information you provide and for the use made of it from your device.
3. Acceptable use
The following are strictly prohibited, without limitation:
- nudity or sexual acts imposed on a stranger who did not ask for them;
- any content involving minors;
- harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory speech;
- any illegal, violent or fraudulent content;
- impersonation, and recording or sharing a stranger without their consent.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Automatic safety checks and one-tap reporting protect every person. In case of a breach, we may suspend or block access immediately, without notice, and report any illegal content to the competent authorities.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability, absence of interruptions, or the behaviour of other users.
6. Liability
Conversations take place directly between participants' devices. You remain solely responsible for your exchanges. To the extent permitted by law, Roulettly cannot be held liable for users' words, content or behaviour.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
