Strangers from everywhere, in your language
If you searched for Randly, you probably want what most people want from random video chat: a face from somewhere else in the world, right now, without filling in a form.
Roulettly gives you exactly that, plus one thing that changes the conversation: language. Before you are matched, it looks first for someone who speaks the same language as you. If nobody is available in it at that moment, you are connected with someone else instead of being left to wait.
Everything on this page describes Roulettly. The name Randly is only here because it is what you typed.
20 languages, and a flag on every call
The site and the chat are available in 20 languages, including English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Turkish, Hindi and Chinese.
During a call, the other person's country flag is shown, and yours is shown to them. It makes the first sentence easy: where are you calling from, and what time is it there?
When nobody speaks your language at that moment, the call becomes a chance to practise another one.
Interests, only if you want them
On the first screen, "What you are into" is optional. A few words about what you like help put you in front of someone who shares your tastes. Leave it empty and the matching stays completely random.

More on how Roulettly works.
Every call goes through an encrypted relay
A signalling server introduces two strangers. After that, video and audio go from your device to our relay, then to the other person's device, for every match.
The stream stays end-to-end encrypted by WebRTC: the relay only forwards encrypted packets, and can neither read nor store them. The other person never receives your IP address, only the relay's. The conversation itself is not recorded.
On your phone or your computer
Roulettly runs in the browser of your computer or phone, with nothing to download. On Android there is also an app on Google Play (random video chat on Android), and on iPhone everything works in Safari (random video chat on iPhone). The rules and the tools are gathered on our safety and moderation page.
